Unfortunately, I havent been able to try out an alternative. Probably you can try binding with condensed milk instead of egg. You will need to add it in very small quantities to the milk powder so that it doesnt become pasty. Also, please reduce the quantity of sugar in the original recipe as condensed milk already has sugar.
