hi roma thank u for visiting my blog..I am very happy to know that u love konkani food…it is unique and tasty:)…i havent posted the recipe of saar yet..but i promise to do it next week and let u know abt it and also my saar version is very different than the one u posted here..so will post it soon..

Ranji / Red chillies, I never realized you guys are Konkanis. I love your food and get to taste lots of it thanks to my neighbor.

I can so vouch for the fact that being a Konkani,our cooking is unique without the usual oil and spices. I love this saar and make it often (minus methi)
