I have not been able to find brown sugar in Bangalore. Where do you buy it from ? Thanks. Yamini, you can buy brown sugar or demerara sugar from Nilgiris outlets. The one in jayanagar definitely has it. I also sometimes pick it up from Spar Hypermart , Bannerghatta road.

You know Lore, fruit salt is a very useful ingredient. You just need to mix a teaspoon of fruit salt in water and drink it to instantly get rid of acidity and heart burn.

Jitha, actually I dont think you can use fresh cream in this case. You can use the cream that settles on top of the milk. If thats unavailable then you can use plain milk instead.
