Hi Roma! the gatte ka subzi sounds yummy – usually put off by anything that sounds gatte ki… ‘cos I feel its soooo complicated! but I love your step by step – it doesn’t sound tough at all and I think I’ll give it a shot. Your girl sounds like she’s getting her hands dirty!
