Dear Roma,
Can you suggest any substitute for liquid glucose.It is not available in my area.The quantity given in your icecream recipe for CMC and GMS is not enough for icecream to set properly.Can I increase it to make icecrean more smooth.Please reply.

Adding the fudge biscuits, the whole icecream is aelavated to a super dessert.
Looks delicous even thought it is cold here i would love to eat them siting inside my warm home.

Thanks Jayasree for the idea of making these swirls from biscuits. Since its a no-bake recipe we can involve kids in making it too. Imagine their excitement.
